Heluna Statistics

Every Heluna client gets the ability to view e-mail statistics for their domain. Individual users can see a breakdown of e-mail for their own accounts, and domain administrators can additionally see domain-wide statistics, including a breakdown of all e-mail (much like the graph below) or more detailed charts of the amount of spam, virus e-mail, clean e-mail, and all e-mail on a day-by-day basis.

Statistics update daily, so you can keep in constant update of the volume and type of e-mail that your domain receives.

E-mail Privacy

To generate statistics for our clients' domains, Heluna records some information about each e-mail that comes into our systems. This information is only what sort of e-mail was sent (spam, clean, virus), the result of the antispam filtering, the originating e-mail server, and the time the message entered the system.

No personally identifiable information from e-mail is stored; only messages marked as definitely spam are potentially saved to an individual's quarantine, and then only for a period of 30 days. Heluna takes your privacy very seriously.
